Culture is a collective phenomenon which denotes unwritten rules and practices observed over a given geographical location and which distinguishes members of one group or category of people from others. ARESP makes it possible for persons from different cultural backgrounds to meet, exchange developmental ideas and realize big projects. ARESP has a keen interest in culture because everybody’s cognitive development is largely influence by their surrounding culture, and this has a great impact on societal development. The socio-cultural pressure in our society today raises lots of challenges. ARESP dedicates her efforts on investigating human psychology and behavioral patterns with the aim of organizing programs which help people reconcile their cultural backgrounds with th present social realities in order to better integrate and live in a harmonized society. We undertake consultations with the government, with the grassroots and the religious to advocate for change of certain cultural and anti-social practices that affect the human being negatively. ARESP collaborates with organizations to advocate for Human rights, fight against social ills such as Gender base violence, human trafficking, rape, terrorism, drug and crimes, child abuse etc. in its platform.
